Classic Granite & Marble, locally owned and operated, continues to grow! With almost 20 years in business, CGM has been built on the basis of knowledge, experience, and expertise! As we continue to surpass expectations and industry standards, including robot cutting and state of the art facilities, we are building a new 98,000 square foot facility! With all this growth and excitement comes the need to fill several key roles!
Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, positive individuals with amazing people skills and attention to detail! Our clients include both residential homeowners and building contractors and candidates need to not only be able to interface between our clients, but also between the various departments and employees.

Responsibilities and Duties

Review and manage department budget
Create and manage daily install schedule
Develop effective routing procedures and communicate to all teams
Ensure maintenance on all vehicles and equipment is up to date
Stays up to date on OSHA safety rules and regulations pertaining to our industry
Provides accurate reporting to President and DOO weekly
Conduct morning huddles and review with team
Successfully manage 9-11 teams consisting of 4-5 team members each
Manage and assist in order of inventory (sinks/faucets/glue/calk etc.)

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree
Prefer Bilingual
Ability to work 45-50 hours per week

SIGNING BONUS AFTER 6 MONTHS
